FAQs

What kind of Church is Northside Community Church?

NCC is a community of regular people who have been changed by the hope of Jesus Christ. Because of that great hope, we want others to experience the goodness of God. We desire to be a church that proves God’s goodness and grace to our neighbors. Denominational labels, worship style labels, and other things do not define us. We declare following Jesus over everything else.

When does the church meet together for service?

Northside Community Church meets at 686 N 7th street in North Memphis. We meet at 10am on Sunday mornings. Coffee included.

What does it look like to get involved?

At Northside, we believe that loving Jesus overflows into loving people. We want to understand needs of our community and help to meet them with the hope of Jesus. For us, church is more than meeting on Sunday mornings. The way we live our lives shows others the love of Jesus. Attending on Sundays, being a part of a community group, and serving alongside the church are a few ways to find your place.

Do I have to be a certain way to attend?

At NCC, you get to come as you are. We don’t need fancy clothes, shoes, or a need to present ourselves any certain way. Come how you feel comfortable. Do you have to have all your life together to come? Absolutely not. Jesus meets us where we are and changes us into what he wants us to be. The only qualification is availability. God works through those who are available to Him.
